Since the first moment we’ve decided to close all our location shops. The online shopping is working. The health conditions of our workers and providers is garanted, so we’ll try to attend to you the best we can.

The orders

Every single order will be served as soon as we can. If we are able to send it at the moment, we’ll do it, otherwise it’ll be on hold until we’ll be able to send it. We’ll let you know the situation of your order by email.


How do I place an order?

You just need to go into the site, choose the products that you love and add it to the cart. Follow the instructions and get your pelican fashion style.

How to use a Voucher?

Once you’ve put your product into the shopping cart and have arrived at the checkout page you can write your voucher code in the “Coupon code” space.

Is there somewhere can I pick up my order?

If you live in Valencia you can come to our office and pick your order up. Write us an email to info@lpknclothes.com and we’ll arrange a date.


How long does it take to get my package?

It depends on where you live. If you live in Spain it will normally take 24-48 hours in the normal working week. If you live abroad it will take around 7 days. If you have any question you can contact us.

How do I track my order?

Once we confirm your order, you will get an email from the logistic department with a tracking number and an estimated delivery date.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. You just need to write your address at the checkout and automatically it’ll calculate the shipping costs.

What if I'm not at home when the shipper comes?

Don’t worry. Our logistic partner will try to deliver your package twice, if you are not at home at anytime, they will give you a note to contact them and arrange the best time for you.


Return policy

Only purchases made with lpknclothes.com are eligable for return.  If you’ve purchased lpkn products from other retailers please contact them for any returns or exchanges.

Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The goods are your responsibility until we receive them.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Abroad Spain the customer will take charge of the shipping costs.


Once your return is received, processed and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.  If for any reason your return is rejected we will contact you directly to resolve your problem.

The items sold during the ‘Black Week’ or from the ‘Mid Season Sale’ category are not able to be refunded, the same in special campaigns as a Birthday etc. The customer will be able to exchange any product but he will be assume the transaction costs.

Late or Missing refunds

If it has been more than 2 weeks since your return and you haven’t received a refund yet, please double check your bank account. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@lpknclothes.com

You can pay by Credit/Debit Card, by Paypal or by Bank Transfer. Choose the best option for you at the checkout page.

Is buying online safe?

At this time LPKN Clothes does not officially sponsor any athletes, influencers, models, etc. We really love talented and creative people but our policy does not as yet consider this.

I'm an influencer, can I have your products for free?

No. We don’t give any of our products for free as we think it will devalue our work and our daily efforts. If you really love LPKN, you can write to info@lpknclothes.com and we’ll find an alternative way to collaborate.
